Chelsey Scott, PMHNP-BC

Chelsey Scott, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who received her Master's degree in February 2024 from Walden University.

Chelsey earned her bachelor’s degree in Nursing, in 2018 and has gained first-hand experience in many nursing specialties enabling her to provide compassionate care to her patients.

She found her love for mental health during the COVID-19 crisis; providing aid and supporting families. After witnessing the distress and broken hearts of families she decided to further her knowledge in mental health. She became a charge nurse, supervisor, and eventually the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer of a psychiatric hospital in the Houston Area before becoming a nurse practitioner.

Chelsey understands how important mental health is to everyone’s well-being. She strives to create a judgment-free zone to facilitate building meaningful patient relationships.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, including her dog, Coco.
